Avoid The Four To Avoid Sedentary

  1. Having a job that keeps you inactive.
  2. Do not take 20 to 30 minutes to exercise at least ones per week.
  3. Spend most of your day sitting, e.g.  watching TV ­– in other words not moving.
  4. Seldom work more than 90 meters.
